The things that seem obvious to me, aren't to other people. When I ask if someone uses two-factor authentication? Have they changed their passwords? Do they know how to protect their kids online? What safety measures have they put in place? Then I say I'm a hacker, suddenly a lightbulb goes on.🙃

Can't remember if I answered this one. SMS is valid, esp if it's the only MFA option available. Something is better than no MFA. Ideally an authenticator app or Yubikey would be used but start where they are.
