Since 2019 I've liked to remind you that we should work to break up not just ICE, but abolish the entire DHS. It's a post-9/11 reactionary agency that needs to be destroyed.

So I guess this is important to mention since I cover CBP and the FMC for a trade publication which is that CBP does a lot of work enforcing customs law for imports and getting rid of DHS would throw that work into a tailspin. That doesn’t invalidate the bad work the agency does but…
