I believe this is the book cited in the abstract. Frankfurt, who died last year, was a professor emeritus of philosophy at Princeton. His book is a delight.

GPT is a interesting experiment from which can learn a lot. Since we haven't already nobody at OpenAI'n'Shit really knows what they are doing so it is easy for them to have a shitty system as we aren't even able to have a good education system so whats to expect in managing artificial intelligence

Thereโ€™s some anthropomorphizing there that, though unintentional, tends to imply they are something more than the mindless cobblers of text-shaped output they are.
