Legit. When I was a mod, Iโ€™d have people asking me why theyโ€™re experiencing technical issues and, if there wasnโ€™t an article about that specific problem, Iโ€™d have to try to upsell them on customer service. Itโ€™s pathetic (and also like $5/mo).

I will say, one of the most egregious examples of this Iโ€™ve seen is at Yahoo, where you have to pay for customer service. I donโ€™t know if thatโ€™s common practice because I donโ€™t talk to customer service often, but it feels like a throwback to 1998.
