I get why people are mad at “the media” for this, Joe Biden dementia-watch is pretty stomach turning, but the notion he was too old is a concern voters have had for years now. I don’t think it’s been a low-key worry amongst Americans that Kamala Harris has been covering up lies about Biden’s health

I don’t understand it 100% either, but I believe the conservative Tories have been knocked out after 14 years, Labour who are like the Democrats have taken over, but a troubling undercurrent to it all is that most of the disaffected Tory voters switched to the Reform party, which is the UK’s MAGA

I’m sorry, we don’t do ourselves any favors by pretending this isn’t an issue. He should have come out and talked to reporters at the daily press briefing or standing in front of his helicopter or anywhere. All he’s done is reinforce the sense that this is something he can’t do.

I think replacing Biden is scary and there are a lot of unknowns, but we don’t do ourselves any favors by pretending this is just an overblown “but her emails” situation, and I’d much much prefer to see our side try something bold for once, and attempt to meet the moment

Sure it’s unfair that a bad debate cratered Joe Biden’s campaign, there’s a lot that’s unfair. A depraved reality tv show who conspired to violently overthrow democracy shouldn’t be winning, that’s unfair. But it’s happening. And right now we need somebody who can counter that or we lose everything

I took my son to NYC today to meet the YouTubers who animate his favorite online cartoons. It was really fun for him, and all I have to say is, I’m sure the YouTube platform screws creators somehow, but it’s also extremely cool to see people making whatever they want to make and succeeding with it

Aside from being the best werewolf movie, and the nudity bits, this film has one of the best examples of what’s still one of my favorite things: it ends abruptly. There’s mayhem in Piccadilly circus, total carnage, the police shoot David, he turns back into a human, zero explanation, credits roll

In the early 80’s my Grandma in England had one movie on video cassette, An American Werewolf in London directed by John Landis. We’d watch it over and over again. I don’t understand how she came to own this, I don’t know if it was taped off of the tv. All the nudity and swear words were still in it

Maybe the upside to all this is a little bit of clarity. The NYT editorial was very clear about the danger Trump poses, it wasn’t bothsidesing. Dems claim they’ve been waiting for people to tune in to the election, I think that’s certainly happening now
