Amy hasn't tried it yet. But I've made it a few times and like it because you can alter it your taste. And one more thing, I make my own Chicken stock for this, makes a difference.

i use the green chiles instead of serranos because I don't like real heat. I also roast the green chiles so they are milder. I don't think it's that spicy.

I substitute bone in chicken for the pork but my buddy says the pork shoulder kicks ass. also I substitute fresh green chile for the serranos. best thing about this dish is you can tailor to your own tastes.

the 1st year sciambi started I was cautiously optimistic but really pissed len left and fearful he would be the exact thing he is on sundays. the 2nd year, my fears were realized, the 3rd year was equally as bad but cut him a little slack. this year, it is unlistenable.

Absolutely pathetic and dispiriting. Do we know how VP Harris feels about this issue? In the event she becomes President Harris. This is a large part of why McConnell/Leo/MAGA justices/5th Circuit do what they do…they know they’ll get away w/it because Democrats won’t do a damn thing about it.
