Listening to an interview with an Intercept guy who's been reporting from Gaza and he asked a source if they could use Google Meet and the guy said "Hamas prefers Zoom," which I can already tell is one of those phrases that's going to rattle around in my head forever.

Interesting. i checked the book, and Seeger only says "I call it hammering on," etc. The Wikipedia article cites a book and movie I'd like to check for verification. He may have coined those terms but I also wonder if he might have just borrowed them from earlier musicians
