Totally outrageous that we're back here. And we all know what TX high court will do. It then would go to SCOTUS. Then all bets off, as right-wing justices have been ruling that any discrimination is "religious liberty." All thanks to Trump.

All the plans & bought politicians to create a Christian right wing pipeline from 5th Circuit to SCOTUS are working as intended by Leonard Leo & friends. Not only install the judges they want, but pick the cases to be heard. It's a cottage industry from Americans Defending Freedom to Alito & Thomas.

That’s why Congress passed the Respect Marriage Act last year, which mandates marriages performed in one state must be respected in all states. This act received shockingly little attention in the media, and it’s huge.

It may seem like a technicality, but we need to stop referring to it as same sex marriage, or gay marriage It's marriage, marriage equality means marriages are equal We don't call hetero folk's marriages "straight marriage" so we shouldn't call LGBTQ+ marriages anything other than simply marriage
