One good thing is that no matter what the Trump Immunity decision, it will swamp the debate commentary. But of course if it's a bad decision that would be genuinely horrifying. Like, questionable country level stuff.

Ummmm this would also apply to Biden as well, so hypothetically he could do the US a solid and take care of Trump without consequences.

honestly I kind of think they want to put that one off as much as they can now so they don't step on the post-debate news cycle in some ways having a bad Trump immunity decision would be the best thing for Biden politically, it shifts the focus from his debate performance to a SC freakout
