It’s pretty silly because the people in society who are bearing its biggest burdens are telling folks that despair & hysteria are not productive activity because we have better strategies for ourselves to act effectively for survival.

I have a similar experience with autistic burnout where not only am I acutely aware of how colonial systems and white supremacy culture are set up to drain us with and the violence that’s inherent in the systems. I find myself seeking portals to other dimensions. And this gets labelled as SI.
