The old tale again. Anyway, it seems eliminating communities altogether isn't as bad as having some economic impact.
This is what happens when critical oversight & effective regulation is left entirely to the mostly politically corrupt local & state government agencies.
Watch them get a slap on the wrist. These massive corporations aren't just killing us with price gouging and wage theft and manufactured recessions. They are literally killing us with their pollution and profit waste.
I stopped buying from them for their deplorable worker treatment during the first 2 years of covid and I have never regretted it. Government oversight of corporate america is so deeply necessary. We protect us.
The really really shitty part of our food chain is that I can say, I won’t buy Tyson then. But they’re probably packaging to generic chicken in the same facility. Corporations are literally killing us.
