Another thing you can do is call Dick Durbin's office and demand he stand up for democracy and haul Alito and Thomas before the Senate Judiciary Committee. And publicly demand their resignations. If you can't literally impeach them, AT LEAST use the bully pulpit. 202-224-2152.

#Beryl is now the strongest hurricane ever officially recorded by July 1 in the Atlantic Ocean.

Previous record: Dennis on July 8, 2005. The only other storm to have 150+ mph winds in July was Emily (2005).

Remarkable. This is a massive warning sign for the rest of the season.

I got melanoma again in 2021, and I live in fucking Tucson, and some guy said, what’re you afraid of, cancer? I said, if I got it it would be the third time so yeah that’s pretty scary. The way he died of shame right there.

Nah this has been going on for decades. I first got melanoma in 2013. I lived in San Francisco at the time, a hotbed of “wellness” trends, and I completely schooled someone who made a comment when I put it on my kids. Showed her my scars. Let them get cancer, they’ll find out.
