Also, as a bit of an aside -- if you're like me and grew up hearing horror stories of how awful the human rabies vaccine is, it's improved a LOT over the years. My sister and her kids had to get vaccinated after a bat-in-the-bedroom scenario and they said it wasn't notably worse than regular shots.
