Consider that SCOTUS has said that POTUS is immune. This may imply that any "order" he gives is not in fact illegal and therefor any military personnel could not disobey with the claim that it is an "illegal order".

First off, Texas has been ignoring a SCOTUS order for some time now so there is precedent for President Joe Biden to ignore this order. Second, immunity. So fuck SCOTUS. They no longer represent our country in any way shape or form.

WaPo put up an article on a SCOTUS decision overturning a bribery conviction of a former mayor in IN. at ~12:00 today. Neither Thomas nor Alito recused themselves. It has only attracted a single comment so far. Seems sad to me that this obvious conflict of interest gets so little attention.
