I ordered a $14 synthetic reed from them for my son a few weeks ago. I'd never ordered anything from Sweetwater before. A few days later I got a customer service call that was so nice and friendly it took me days to realize it wasn't some kind of phishing scam.

I was pleasantly surprised to hear Jeff Gerstmann say very complimentary things about IGN's output on his show this week while also being mystified as to how a company doing such good work would send someone like Brendan Sinclair out the door. It was a good, balanced view of things.
