We (SAR handlers) are adding monthly librella (monoclonal antibodies) injections for our retired olds, on top of nutraceuticals, anti-inflammatories, and pain meds. For some dogs it has been near miraculous. Just started Old Man Cat on the kitteh version of the antibodies.

Idk if it is available there but a single kratom capsule in a pill pocket can really help dogs with pain. I know it hasn’t been studied formally but I and several people I know have used it with dogs for years with no ill effects and with really good results. It increases their quality of life.
