If education won't help. If travel won't help. It makes me wonder, what is the cure? I do have a thought, but it's only possible in fiction. To walk for one day, in another man's shoes. Now, would that do it? Would that cure the disease.

I forgot about her - for the longest time. I did not know of, I did not know about - half the things that she'd done. Her art. THAT voice. And then one day - hard slap in the face - she was gone. And now - I miss her so... (Fuck me. - - - Isn't that - the way? Isn't that - the way it always goes?)
