I’m both irritated & pleased that 20 minutes of gentle yoga 3 or 4 times a week makes my body feel significantly better, especially as I’m getting near the end of my 40s. Very happy I read that @deannaraybourn.bsky.social newsletter from a few years ago where she mentioned the Down Dog app!
