Congress may also define "person" to NOT include all human beings, such as non-citizens might not be legally considered persons, trans people might not be considered persons, black people might not be considered persons. Personhood could become entirely arbitrary based on the whims of congress.

The danger from chocolate is based on body size. A Hershey's kiss isn't a big deal for most dogs. A small dog eating a full sized milk chocolate bar will probably get sick (though not die) but a werewolf of her size could handle several full sized bars with no effects.

I just finished a steampunk/alt history series where Ludd was successful, and the ensuing society had strict prohibitions on "unseemly technology" which did not "benefit the common man". The Patent Office is the law enforcement of the day. Pretty fun read.

The first appearance of Godzilla in Minus 1 would fit that scale pretty well, I should think. But given the way the Russian fleet essentially destroyed itself at Tsushima, I'm not sure even a giant monster could actually make it much worse.

You know how I said I was going to Old Bedford Village's Old West Weekend in spite of the heat? I was sweating just gathering things together to go and the forcast is for it to be 20 degrees hotter than that. In Victorian clothing, waistcoat, and a wool hat? No. I am passing on that idea.

I have decided that, in spite of the excessive heat, I am going to the Wild West Weekend event at Old Bedford Village. The ongoing plague has kept me away from many such events and I miss going. Everything is outdoors so that is not a concern I cannot mitigate.

Just realised I've not posted any weird ships for a while, so here's Knapp's nautical wiener. Despite excited claims it would achieve "a mile a minute" this proved to be a phallusy. Worse, Knapp couldn't control his unsolicited dick ship, and the entire project came to a fittingly limp conclusion.
