Meet the January 6 D.C. jail inmates Donald Trump often salutes at his rallies and has said he’ll free. Of the 29, 27 have been charged with assaulting police at the Capitol or its grounds, using means from explosives to a metal pole to pepper spray to bare hands to an electroshock device.

I'm now imagining a SovCit argument in court that defamation on Friday or earlier can't be pursued post-resurrection because a post-resurrection person is legally separate from their pre-resurrection self. And probably also something about gold fringe on the tomb.
