I finished listening to the cut of the audiobook of Kurangaituku and I think it’s pretty good! There are a couple of chapters (the ones I recorded first) that I think need to be re-recorded — I seemed to have found my rhythm by chapter 3 (on that side!)

I had a good time in Germany — although I was there to research rather than leisure so my experience is probably a little skewed: I had an itinerary planned for me and locals showing me around or inviting me places particularly in Berlin. One week is definitely not enough. Also, I love curry wurst!

Booked the flight and splashed out on making it flexible. Flight is PACKED and although I know not everyone would be flying to Wellington on the same flight, I’m now feeling less stressed about it (and lord knows how stressed I’ll be after a 16hour flight…)
