Amen. Stop asking out-of-control justices to please pretty please cooperate with the oversight of their court and just move ahead with hearings. If they show up, great, ask them hard questions. If they don't, ask the hard questions in their absence. Either way, it draws attention to the issue.

All political strategy for 2024 should assume major media will be doing “but her emails” at maximum volume. This compulsion of editors to not take sides on factual matters &bend over backwards to present both parties as roughly equivalent-this is just too baked in & will take a generation to change.
