certainly many - most or all? - of those neighbors have security cameras + video that wld confirm or refute these accounts. what if the security personnel cld be seen photographing the neighbor's house? 24 hr surveillance sucks but occasionally it sucks for the right reason.

Justices’ security detail are U.S. Marshals, so Congress and the DOJ both have a right to investigate their usage, regardless of Court cooperation.
