Britain is the biggest sponsor of independence days (65!) around the globe. If they must have a national holiday, they can either overthrow the British like the rest of us (unlikely) or pick a day when the British did something particularly cool for the nationalist day.

I have yet to meet a medical practitioner who works in an ICU that doesn't have some kind of chiropractic horror story. As someone with back issues, going to a chiropractor and doing yoga are tied in the category "obnoxious advice total strangers feel comfortable giving me"

The biggest clue should have been 'The Boys' is made by Jeff Bezos/Lex Luthor's company. Amazon is not Superman fans. In all seriousness, Antony Star (actor for Homelander) has told fans multiple times Homelander is the bad guy. At some point it became willful ignorance all along.

For clarification, they're upset about the use of water at all right? Not that there is something in the water or the water is suddenly going to become unusable. Because as someone who considers a dishwasher a deal breaker when apartment shopping, that being a deal breaker seems wild.

Not just that, but so few people wanted to rewatch it during COVID. People stuck at home and unable to go out didn't want to rewatch what had been their favorite show, for years. They managed to out-do Lost in terms of disappointment. A real feat.

Or it turns into something like why we have eye insurance and dental insurance, specific insurance for any specialty you need to see. Mental health insurance needed for a psych, skin insurance for a derm, woman insurance for OBGYN, etc.

Big sites started swallowing smaller sites and paying to make sure other options went down the list of results. Sites like Google wanted to personalize data for advertisers to impact your search results, and it turned into large companies being able to buy their way to the top.
