I helped found the funding of a science lab at Stockton working on climate matters with money from my union HVAC job. You don't have to be a fed to support arts, science, and equity. These people just want permission to not have to make ethical choices.

Commercial spaces are expensive to convert and lack windows. Also, even to encourage it would require massive changes to tax code before it could happen. But mostly, commercial buildings lack exterior windows compared to their square footage.
