Or how about the bricking of a car when the company goes out of business, or heaven forbid, decides the model is "too old". Or the new subscription model for features such as A/C?

You know the joke about how kids can't read analog clocks anymore. No, my concern isn't about the ease of use, it's about having a single point of failure and how poorly the Tesla design handles the need for analog actions like opening a door or a window without a screen in case of malfunction.

Interested to hear his stories. The critique about needing to use the screen for everything isn't very well developed in the article. The more automated a car, the more points of failure. There is a happy medium between pushcarts and computerized cockpits.

The first primaries were a Progressive idea of the late 19th century. But (I learned this pretty recently) it didn't really take off until after the disaster of Chicago 1968 (when there were still only a few primaries). The all-primary system was designed by George McGovern, the 1972 nominee!

I can only repeat, Biden won the primaries. What the chattering class want is the smoke-filled room king-making process brought back because the voters couldn't possibly want Biden. ASK THE VOTERS, not the elite talking themselves into group hysterics

Molly Jong Fast: "It’s going to be 2016 forever" --- This msm has had too much time to think about what they did in 2016, comparative to this shit-show. Right after that SCOTUS decision, too. What steel grit.

People wanted the Dems to stop the smoke-filled rooms king making. So, they went to an all-primary system. The voters like this! They get to select their candidate! Now the chattering class wants to go back to the smoke-filled room king making system. The voters will not reward them for this.

You mentioned that that bags require daily watering. I found the soil in the bags got more impermeable, and ended up ditching them after the second season. Because our PNW weather regarding rain is unpredictable, I ended up with a lot of split tomatoes 😡

Plus it's an idiotic and unseemly ask. No one deserves to have their life spied on like this. There are public medical reports, and we neither need nor deserve to ask that Biden submit himself to the indignity of constant public display to prove himself.

I should note that I'm seeing some configurations of NYT where they DO include comment on the GOP platform: Maggie's misleading spin that it moderates on abortion. It wasn't on FP when I screen capped, but I may get a Euro-version.

Ironically, the 14th Amendment is the only place in the Constitution where birth and personhood are mentioned, and it's made clear that you can't be a US person unless you've been born:
