I got a pretty bad feeling this doesn't stop with President Biden. If he were to drop out, I feel like we'd see a deluge of media criticism for Vice President Harris or Gov. Whitmer or Gov. Newsom or Sec. Buttigieg or any other Democrat while Trump gets a pass. Call it a hunch.

The reason that Biden’s strong speech today won't be enough to silence the discussion about whether he should stay in the race is because many of them are bad faith actors and/or never liked Biden to begin with. If they haven’t also called for Trump to drop out then they need to take a seat - now.

If Trump really believes that some of what they say is “abysmal” then it makes zero sense to “wish them luck in anything they do”. As always he plays both sides in the same statement so he can both disown then and simultaneously support them.

“Anything they do, I wish them luck”. If he really believes that some of what they say is “abysmal” then it makes zero sense to with them luck. 🤦‍♀️ Guaranteed that many in the media will only quote his claim to know nothing about it and omit the fact that he wished luck.

I have no inside info on Joe Biden's health. I can only assess his fitness for office by his administration's achievements. Calls for Biden to step down remind me of a similar drum beat that pushed Al Franken out. Franken's departure was the Senate's loss. & more headlines: "Dems in Disarray"

Those reporters seem to forget the Trump Administration went 300+ days without a daily press briefing. Fox shouldn’t be issued press credentials because 1. They are not a news org and 2. Peter Doocy is a disrespectful buffoon.

I’ve been forced to sign non-competes for IT roles. Even if you get laid off the former employer can hold you to their non-compete for up to 2 years. Can’t get much more unfair than that.

We do have to worry that the Ds are in a circular firing squad. The media wants drama because drama is good for ratings. Any pundit that calls for Biden to be removed from the D ticket that hasn’t also called for Trump to step aside is full of shit and should not be given air time.
