ALSO, it might mean your taste level has gone up. They piggy back each other over time, and it means you’re getting better in the quiet ways if not down on paper YET. But yeah balancing OTHER things is something I suck at so props for dealing with it head on once you noticed it!

Oh, and turning 40 so 35 is long in the rearview! I regret not doing a lot of stuff younger, PURELY from an energy conservation standpoint. For everything else, experience is a great thing to have in every walk of life.

Oof yeah. Like, I cling to ‘fortune favours the ready’ and have wide arcing plans and scratch away at those on the daily, so even if nothing changes *I’ll * be in a better position than I was the previous day…or at least enough to mollify the negative self talk a bit.

The increase in people getting diagnoses for adhd and autism have kinda inspired me to be more aware of what sets me off. I’ve no formal diagnosis but I’m def spicy of some description; have known that overall for decades but never actively looked into it.
