I took it twice. 1st instructor was exceptional- everyone enjoyed it & learned a lot. 2nd one not so much. Now I know why I make lists then ignore them & the true meaning of intro/extroverts- but you can only apply it to workplace dynamics if everyone knows what their colleagues are.

I was subjected to the Four Animals test a couple of jobs ago. When we were called into a meeting to discuss the results, the idiot who administered the test segregated our seating by type before announcing what the results were. Dumbest hour of my career.

It's been fashionable to hand wave away Myers-Briggs tests for awhile... but if they're *total* bunk, then why do most people get the same result every time they take the test? We can argue about *what* it measures, but it must be measuring *something*.
