I don’t like this club. I’ve recently started using a poppy tincture in my green tea in addition to lavender oil in bedroom, nighttime gratitude ritual, nightly walks, chamomile tea, calendaring joy w/ intention,etc. My brain & nervous system are exhausting. Wishing for peace & grounding for us all.

My colleague Sara Estep updated her analysis of how long it would take to drive one way to the nearest abortion clinic that provides abortions at at least 6 weeks of pregnancy.
Before Dobbs, the avg driving time was 33 minutes. It’s now 2 hours 12 minutes.
