Definitely F! Though I'd say it's not just about *feeling* awkward; conversation can be tough even when I bite the bullet and try. IMO, if you ever struggle to keep a conversation going in your native language, that difficulty is multiplied in a language you're still learning.

This is good. Sometimes it makes sense to pay out of pocket, especially if a drug is actually affordable (usually can use GoodRx to find out). When you want to lay in an extra supply of a drug, paying out of pocket is one way you can do it if insurance won’t cover it.
