The problem for Democrats isn’t that Republicans make bullshit claims. The problem is that mainstream news repeats Republican bullshit credulously. Journalists love to pretend they have no agency, which is absurd when they make all the editorial choices of topics, info, and frames to report.

Exactly. This is blatant ageism and it’s disgusting that there are Democrats okay with that. It’s undeniable he is mentally competent and has done a good job. Far better than I expected. FDR could never be President in today’s world.
