To cut an epic story short, when I turned up at the ski clinic, they asked me how much I had been drinking to be able to stand the pain and I was about a year or two completely sober. They came in turns to have a look and laugh at the sober Englishman.

Now you don’t need special knowledge to argue and debate but if you’re pulling out a technical term in fancy Latin for a fallacy, learn what it is and isn’t. Consulting an expert isn’t a fallacy in debate or expert witnesses wouldn’t be used in litigation.
