1) Court's out, so whether they treat an issue as in/valid will have to wait till Biden's 2nd term 2) "You can't unshoot a protestor" is exactly right, so let's take some new steps to ensure that Trump doesn't get the chance

The Court has been a roadblock on so much of Biden's agenda. They just removed THEMSELVES. Biden should use this opportunity to do popular things, like legalize weed or fine the Sachlers (another one the Court nixxed). It won't cost any votes and will likely bring more in.

I get the whole "Immunity is the One Ring, if Biden uses it he'll be corrupted" but even on the level of metaphor... Whenever Frodo knew he was gonna die, he used the ring to get outta there and then took it off. He basically prairie dogged that ring until he could destroy it for good.
