do i think trump is going to get jail time? probably not. but if you were a state judge who looked at today's ruling and rightly understood it to be a direct threat to the independence of the legal system, first and foremost in your courtroom, well, i could understand why you'd want to make a point.

I hope they throw the whole library at him but I expect more tender treatment with the intent of looking impartial. If I were the prosecutor I would tell the judge that Trump will have both of them executed at the first opportunity.
