Individuals who received the $1,000/mo or $500/mo payments were more likely to find a stable, full-time job than before they received the basic income.
Results showed 45% of participants secured housing, while $589,214 was saved in public service costs.

You could audibly hear the audience shouting "shame" to the Prime Minister of this country as the music plays over the Question Time credits. That was a pure car crash for Rishi Sunak. #BBCQT

I quite like the idea that all rock from that era is now considered "classic rock" too. It's helping me embrace the ageing process. 🤣

Just woken up, and am still buzzing from the Xbox Showcase. What a fantastic show that was. One of the best I can remember. The pacing was perfect & am excited for so many of the things shown.

4 hours to go to the Xbox showcase.
More excited than a 44 year old man should be for a promotional show for video games! 😂

Reading political discourse on how the Tories manage the Sunak issue and the options seem to fall into three pots:
• Stick with him.
• Get rid of him.
• Do a deal with Reform.
All three options just further damages them at this point. We've another month of this!

Like most men, I don't often share overly personal stuff.
I had a little scare these last few weeks. Won't go into details. Doctor confirmed yesterday it was all fine & nothing to worry about.
Just wanted to say, if you're worried about anything at all, go get checked out.

Those that are close to me know that I wear my love for Abercarn RFC like my heart on a sleeve.
For the 23/24 Awards dinner last night, I compiled all out tries from the season into a series of videos to celebrate the season.
This is the first, the rest are on the channel.

We might have seen The Stormers put our Dragons boys to the sword tonight, but at least me & Ian got a photo with Manie Libbok
Disappointed in the result, not the performance, got to say goodbye to some of the leavers & happy to meet a great great player.

Political journalists should not be getting things THIS badly wrong.
It's a dereliction of duty to your role. Even worse coming from somebody so senior in the BBC, which is still the main news source of the majority of this country.
It should be a resignation matter.

But yeah, my brother made this. Starts Sunday (right day this time) please watch it.

Elon's latest defamation case filing is....something.
My name is literally on the cover of a Texas Rules of Civil Procedure practice guide and I've....never seen something like this.

This is, obviously, a deservedly nuclear embarrassment for Tesla, but it's also looking increasingly like a regulatory scandal. There is no way this vehicle should've been declared street-legal.

Haha! It's great. People who haven't played the games will still enjoy it too I think, but as a fan, there'll be so many little nods that are absolutely fan service, even thing for things that they really didn't need to do.

My weekend was taken up mostly with watching Rugby, cleaning the Weber Barbecue ahead of some hopefully nice weather & watching Fallout on Amazon Prime.
Fallout was definitely the highlight.
I managed to watch all eight episodes over the weekend. It is absolutely fantastic and well worth a watch.

Rugby, Video Games & Wrestling. All of them are forms of Pop-culture that I adore & enjoy interacting about on here. But the tribalism around them is such an odd thing at times, I really couldn't say which ones get more salty. Not so much on here, but definitely the other place.

Just watched the CM Punk interview with Ariel Helwani. It's why I am up so late. An absolutely captivating interview with Punk as it almost always is. Recommend listening to it all if you're even just halfway interested in Punk & Pro Wrestling.

"Shoot Em Up".
Just spectacular, clever, funny, stupid and just brilliant IMHO.
It's a Bugs Bunny cartoon brought to life.

When I was in school, I used to have food in the school canteen most days.
What I'd tell my parents I ate was either a Jacket Potato or one of the "set" meals for that day. And while sometimes that was true, most of the time, I was actually just having Sausage & Chips.

Funny thing about the Lemon interview isn't that he was particularly hard-hitting or effective. It's just the first time in god knows how long Musk spoke to somebody who wasn't a complete boot-licking sycophant, and who directly put to him the most common, obvious criticisms and counterarguments.
