Said senator is also spouting bullshit. Maybe that’s his right, but I can’t imagine my grandfather, who fought in the South Pacific, would approve. If you look hard enough, you might find an isolated case or two, but minors aren’t getting gender reassignment surgery.

Seriously. My paternal grandfather is dead now, and he was kind of an asshole, but he hated the Republican party with the fervor of a decently-educated man from West Virginia who has seen the horrors of war and been screwed by the VA. He wouldn't have pissed on Donald Trump if he were on fire.
