We’ve taught these kids that if someone is shooting irrationally, it’s up to them to interpose their bodies between themselves and their shooter because even if they die, it might save someone’s lives.
Of course they’re fucking doing it.

I hear over and over and over again from different people that they can’t find jobs. My kids struggled, my single friends struggle, my older friends struggle. Really interesting when we’re supposed to have a tight labor market. It feels like it did during the recession.

My husband, who has a cpa and a masters degree and a stellar record, has been out of work for 4 months. He’s getting turned down for everything.
My friends are working full time and putting groceries on credit cards.
This booming economy and tight job market feels like the twilight zone.

I’m 42, and have noticed that the older I get, the more obsessed with birds I become. Haven’t caught the expensive zoom lens bug yet, but maybe better start saving, just in case.

That tracks. I feel like JGL is an honorary gay, even though he’s straight.
(My most painful crushes have always been on gay men, starting with David Hyde Pierce when I was 12. *bites knuckle*)
My dog LOVES stuffed unicorns or sparkly things, and only humps his brother. We have high hopes! 🌈

He looks like the Joseph Gordon Levitt of cats. Cute, sweet, and very likable.
(I have no context for my like of JGL, but it seems like he’s the kind of person you could have comfortable silence with.)

An immediate send to my drag queen son and an add to my karaoke playlist.
You know the adage “if I reach just one person, it’ll have been worth it.”
Here I am. You can fall asleep full benevolent accomplishment tonight.

For me, there is never a day more joyously productive than the first day back on adderall after a break.
I’m always prancing through a field of daisies on the inside that day.

It probably means they can force them to work for $0.13 an hour for any one of the many states and companies that exploit prison labor.

My very American in-laws say the wrong pronunciation and then the right one followed by “or whatever.”
“The la kwint-uh, La Quinta or whatever.”
“Hall-uh-pen-ohs, all-uh-penyos or whatever.”
They’re acknowledging they’re saying it wrong and refuse to stop.. lol.

It would be really hard for me to attend something like that and not do the simple google search it takes to prove Myers-Briggs is pseudoscience bullshit, and then share it with the class.

They now have psych rooms in ERs that are basically solitary confinement.
They’re involuntarily committing women for asking nurses to wear masks, having hard-to-solve medical issues, or for crying too much when they’re In excruciating pain.
Fun times.

I think it’s funny how she’s complaining about special interests when she takes money from AIPAC.

So cute! My youngest is 18, and I’m not ok. I’m buffered from the empty nest syndrome since none of them can afford to move out, but still. It’s weird.

In 10 years, after 14/15 rounds of Covid, these hateful assholes will inevitably have long covid.
Let’s screenshot this shit so we can send it back to them once that happens.

This person is presenting their nasty opinions in study format, like that will legitimize them.
I’m sure this “study” will be quoted by many bad faith politicians.
IMO it’s fraudulent “science,” and should be illegal. You can prove the harm, he should be locked up.

So sick of it. My feminist exmo friends get rabid and revert right back to their cult days.
“U r so hateful and angry! She can do no wrong, and is so weak she needs me to defend her, no matter what she does!”
You can take the person out of the cult, harder to take the cult out of the person.
