My experience was, posting the Stonetoss name as 'what's up with this, seems bad' = suspension. Appealing with 'wait, does that mean this is not left wing hogwash' = reinstated…

I got suspended, appealed my suspension, got my account reinstated on appeal, and then got suspended for the same tweet a second time. After a few days of the second appeal not being responded to I just deleted the tweet to get the account back and tweeted it again.
