I've noted every day I've gone to the gym. My ave days per week for the year so far is 4.57. Considering I've had some vacation & work travel when gym time wasn't an option, I'm happy with that stat!

The worst so far was definitely peak summer, my arms 200% over full with garbage bags and cardboard for the work dumpster, and my dude stopped me to ask where they should go WHILE THEY ARE LOOKING AT THEIR MAP APP

Made a very spontaneous decision to grab two seats at David Kwong's The Enigmatist 5 min before showtime and the incredibly kind person in the box office put us in the front caberet table at no extra charge 🤩 It was a truly impressive one-person show
