I found that, for me, operationally, there were like, 5 accounts I had followed that were acting as kind of "super-spreaders" for all that 8th grade lunchroom energy, and blocking them reduced the "this is EVERYWHERE" feeling for me. Alt-text fetishism was also a gateway to that vibe-world.

this was hilarious because there would have needed to be a cessation of posting for there to be a posting strike instead they just changed their same 50 posts a day into posts about how much they weren't posting because "WE KEEP GOING" or whatever
