I don't believe that would retroactively take effect like that. It's whatever the case law is at the time. Like, I can't do something that's legal, then 3 years later it's ruled illegal, and I'm now legally exposed for something I did that was legal at the time.

The polls tend to vacillate between 24% and 34%, depending on the specific question. So I call it 30% on the whole. I think that's why generally TFG's floor was 30%, and his ceiling was usually 30%. It's stubborn, and it's too big, but it's also a distinct minority that WILL LOSE if there's turnout.

Huh, I wonder if, under this ruling, Biden can imprison the conservative justices, force the remaining back into session, force them to re-hear the case, and issue a new judgement. Obviously a gross idea, but it seems like the least gross way to exploit the ruling, to just undo it.

"Best Radio"? This is a weird measure for me. I haven't listened to radio for quality in... decades. Honestly, I mostly listen to snippets of RWNJ talk radio to keep tabs on their talking points, and that's just when driving for errands.
