Thanks! Fitness with fibromyalgia setback is all it is, just trying to get to a point in this cycle to get to a light workout schedule again so I can keep in shape. My idea is that if i get in better shape I can rebound swifter from flare-ups or at least tolerate them better

You Tube Mobile is horrendous in this yeah, I have all but stopped using it on my phone, Browser on my p and lap top blocks the ads. and Using Opera browser does not cause the lag issues You Tube has been trying to inflict on ad blocker users
