when we first launched 5-4, a serious concern was what to do when we run out of terrible Supreme Court decisions. in retrospect it is very embarrassing that we were ever worried.
I can’t wait for the originalist reasoning coming soon with “Republican presidents have absolute immunity; Democratic presidents are actually unconstitutional.”
My dream is to one day live in a world where 5-4 no longer has terrible Supreme Court decisions to talk about (and instead maybe devotes the show to making fun of individual justices and their terrible opinions)
