When I say the Supreme Court went beyond law, I don’t mean that I disagree with their interpretation of any legal text. I mean their immunity grant isn’t based in any. The Constitution does not address it either way. They invented new powers from nothing.

*ponders* No matter what happens, there will be all of the appeals all the way to SCOTUS, where CalvinBall will reign & SCOTUS will reject appeals from people who can prove they were imprisoned through fraud so they have openings for all the Trump appeals.

I read over on the hell site that this decision is appealable within 25 days. Two questions - is it true, and do you believe that Smith/DOJ will attempt it ? Non- lawyer here.
