I know I sound paranoid, but I am utterly convinced one of the main factors here is to push Black girls out of competitive sports.

I mean, yes. It's also basic misogyny, transphobia, wanting to strip rights from anyone who doesn't present their gender in a way that makes bigots comfortable. I get that. But this is also absolutely about keeping Black girls out of sports.

I don’t think it’s paranoid at all. I’ve been covering women’s sports for years, and I’m much more likely to hear “she’s a dude” or some variation about Black women.

Knowing a lot of white people, and the way they talk, this is the most likely possibility, imo.

Yes, this is what I think too. Because the invasive steps that can be taken as a result of these laws will never be done to white girls, and the white voters know that. Otherwise why would they ever vote for children’s genital inspections at school? It’s evil!

Wasn't it Kissinger who said that being paranoid doesn't preclude them really being out to get you?

I don't think you sound paranoid at ALL, considering what's happened to Black women at the elite levels.

Not paranoia at all--ask not just intersex athletes like Caster Semenya but also Serena Williams, Simone Biles, Brittney Griner. The rights vision of womanhood is a whites-only gated community in constant need of policing.

Shame on racists and transphobes, and shame on those who enable them.

I mean, is it ever paranoia to worry that white people in America are planning to push Black kids out of the public sphere?

Nah, not paranoid. Its all basically the same shit. They even hate trans women and black women for a lot of the same reasons.

You are almost certainly 100% correct, especially when you consider how racist and backwards Utah is in so many ways (i know it best cuz ive lived here my whole 32 year life)
