Ms PTS made a "Red White and Blue" dessert with pound cake, strawberries, blueberries and cream cheese frosting. Whatever is left when I get up in the morning is breakfast.

Thoughts on Yellowstone? Finally broke seal on one of my "retirement bottles" a while back. Wife sort of likes it - I personally think it tastes like Southern Comfort, at 4x the price (and a bit higher ABV).

Independence Day in the rural South. So, of course I'm surrounded by US and Trump flags. But Flag Boy - remember Flag Boy who used to rotate US, Confederate, Trump flags more often than changing his sock?

Why stick with a bald eagle when you can go with a patriotic marbled shrimp? Check out the stars and stripes on that tail! These shrimp have a wild variety of color and patterns, this one was pretty unique. Off Ulua beach a few years ago. (Saron marmoratus) 📷🌿🐙

How is it you got rid of required $7 annual vehicle safety inspections as "intollahble gummint overreach" - but now have to accept "inspection replacement fee" - for $7.50?

Talk about paying something for nothing.

Hey, I love #fireworks too! I've traveled to buy the "good stuff" to blow up my share of sky, and will do so in the future - once there's something to celebrate again.

But I'll admit a list of neighbors for whom I'll shed no tears should they burn down their house or blow off some appendages.

And if you have ANY sort of criminal record? Forget about it. A single misdemeanor DUI 20 years ago? You won't be allowed to cross the border without a years worth of legwork to prove you've been "rehabilitated" - much less apply for residency.
