She should, but her goal was to delay the trial til after November, which, even if she was replaced, she achieved her goal. If Biden wins, the trial will go on, probably without her. If Trump wins, there will never be a trial.

From Harvard Law’s Laurence Tribe: In 2025 when the next POTUS takes office, 4 of 9 Supreme Court justices will be in their 70s and cd retire or die. If Trump wins, he will appoint more MAGA justices. He already appointed 3 & they overturned Roe. The Supreme Court is on the ballot. Vote for Dems.
