The issue is the age and specifically because the many people have an experience with an older relative. Stuff like 'I cared for my mom when she was 84. I know how people that age are'. So they're personally connecting to this in a way that many attacks they don't directory connect with.

I'm with you. I see way more obstacles and question marks and opportunities for fuckery if we change out the nominee. Biden's an old White guy. So is the MAGA candidate (and RFK). Our guy has a positive track record and has beaten Trump. Who else can say that?

what you want isn’t Nominee Harris. it’s a comfortable lead over Trump. the evidence that switching to Harris will produce that comfortable lead is nonexistent. so reassure me that you’re not going to continue filling your drawers if you get what you say you want.

To me, the interesting thing about the interview was how effective it was in neutralizing the bad debate performance. Just one interview. Biden's team needs to learn from this and keep him out there and as highly visible as possible.
