Their argument: 1. If right wing justices were dogmatic FedSoc acolytes, we would see decisions map neatly & consistently on single ideological dimension 2. We don’t see that pattern 3. Therefore ppl warning of SCOTUS extremism are just fearmongering 1 is false and even if true, 3 doesn’t follow

The biggest issue with the court is that you are wasting 2 votes on the partisan line no matter what, no morals, nothing. The remaining 7 justices who actually have legal ethos are 4/3, where the 4 are very very right wing.
